![]() ![]() more travel thing really threw me off and the part about the daughter was sad, then she came back as one of them and I flat out hated it, I know this sounds bad but I think I would have liked it better if she had died at the jail then at the top of the hospital with her mom. The ending was flat out horrible and I didn't really like the part leading up to the end either, the SPOILER ALERT time. Review 2: I flat out love End of the World by Disease books but I was so disappointed with this one. I don't want my review to turn anyone away from the series. "Oh, hey the way" followed by "you are? Huh. In my eyes, this was a pretty huge turning point in the story but I feel the reveal and acceptance by the characters was a little too casual. They fight to keep it safe and disease free. Their little town of Lodi is flu-free from a virus that has every horrible symptom. ![]() But I'm not completely sold on the major twist that's introduced about 2/3rds through. The Flu Book 1 in a 2 Book series By Jacqueline Druga In an apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic society based in Lodi Ohio. It's a heart wrenching story, I like the characters and the plot. Review 1: I'm going to run with a 3.5 on this book. ![]()
